Attack on Domino's
I just wanted to post this as a follow-up to the Domino's group. I saw this billboard today on Colorado (the first shown in this blog posting). With all of the political attack ads that have been around lately, I thought it was interesting to see a pizza company attack ad. Do you think an ad like this will be successful? Should Domino's respond? If so, how?

I think, as the article says, that Anthony's advertisement is awesome! I mean I feel a little bit bad for Domino's because they are being attacked, but I must say it is a very clever way to advertise the quality of Anthony's Pizza. It should be very interesting to see how Domino's responds to this.
ReplyDeleteI think that this advertisement is absolutely successful, it grabs the audience's attention and it uses humor to make an impression on them. Personally, I will remember this advertisement everytime I see Domino's or Anthony's Pizza signs.
Domino's should respond to this as soon as possible. They could use a television ad or a youtube video. Or maybe perhaps a billboard ad just like Anthony's used.
I think it is very important that they respond to this ad, because it is a very personal blow to their campaign that they have worked very hard on.
